Family Fun at Ashland

Here is just a sample of the images we captured on Saturday.

This was the only pose specifically requested. It took just a few kisses for James to get comfortable and accept his fate. Life can't be too bad to be surrounded by two gorgeous women...lucky guy;)

Will someone please give this girl a modeling contract! Wow - she was a natural!

Tiny Miracles

Definitely tiny. Definitely miracles. In no way small miracles though. Upon entering their home I felt instantly welcomed by this amazing family. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to photograph your precious angels!

A proud Grandma times 3.

The eye contact in this photo just melts my heart.

Eye Candy

Note to husband - you really should NOT let me be around babies this cute....

A tender moment with Daddy.

I wonder what he thinks about Calipari coming to town?

This pose cracks me up. So cute....

Engaged: Renee & Seth

Never have I laughed so hard during a photo shoot that I had to put my camera down and just wait...wait to stop laughing. The energy and love that is shared between Renee and Seth is truly infectious and quickly took my mind off the plunging temperatures. I fell more in love with them with each click! Thanks for allowing me the opportunity to capture this time....

I Heart Faces

A couple of firsts. Neville's first up-close encounter with a real, live bunny and my first entry into a contest.

I adore this photo because it was unsolicited and expresses his emotion of touching a bunny for the first time in true form. All he wanted to do was kiss it!

He's Got a Way

of wrapping me around his chubby little finger. I can't say that I mind - not with these sweet, innocent looks.

Sometimes I miss the little dough boy.

I'm so thankful I captured his response to the first flower he ever touched.

Sisters

Off camera these sisters may have their mini-quarrels, but on camera they're the best of friends and all business. They love to strike a pose, hang out of trees and even kiss bunnies when prompted.

Photog Photo Fun

Screaming toddlers. A windy, rainy day. Freezing cold. Photographers. What do all of these have in common? The answer: the ingredients for a difficult photo shoot.

As a photographer you rarely have the opportunity to look into a lens, unless you're cleaning it. This role reversal can often make for an awkward time in front of the camera.

In the case of Marissa....well, she was a natural!
